Piston Skirt Coating
Starting in 1999, Serviscreen began coating all types of pistons, from consumer automotive to racing engines to heavy-duty diesel pistons. We are proud of our longevity and commitment to providing high-quality and reliable products for all of our customers.
Serviscreen provides a wealth of experience using various anti-friction coatings such as D-10, as well as several proprietary coatings. All pistons are processed in a climate-controlled environment by our skilled technicians.
We have designed a system to accommodate quick turn delivery times to meet a growing and necessary demand. Coating projects could vary from 6 specialty racing pistons to 10,000 automotive pistons daily.
